This brand new class launches 8/3/23.
Intro to Health is an online one-semester class that includes a once-weekly asynchronous class with Dr. Jill (watch any time during the week that is convenient for you), additional animated videos and outside of class activities that round out the weekly lessons.
Note that our activities don’t require you to gather special supplies (we don’t want to add more work to your day!). They are designed to be accomplished with supplies from around the house – and most times nothing extra is required at all!
Class Highlights:

Engaging for ages 8-11 or 3rd - 5th grades

Enjoy 12 recorded video lessons once weekly, along with written text, worksheets and additional activities.

Once enrolled, you have access to the course for 1 full year to use at your convenience.

Tuition for one child covers the whole family.

Expect to spend 30-40 minutes twice weekly on this class.

- Skeleton
- Muscles
- Many important organs
Those lessons set us up to discuss:
- Proper nutrition (functional nutrition)
- Hydration
- Physical activity
- Spending time outside with less screen time
- Personal hygiene
- The 5 senses
Additional topics:
- Basic first aid
- Safety

About the instructor
Dr. Jill White is a registered pharmacist who owns Innovate Wellness, a virtual wellness clinic that also provides online functional medicine curriculum to other wellness practitioners.
She has been a homeschool mom for approaching 10 years, graduated a senior in 2022 and still has a 4th grader at home.
