FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
As soon as you purchase monthly access to the platform, you will be redirected to pay the one-time set-up payment. That page will also provide directions about what to submit to us (depending on what option you choose, we will request some of the following: practice name, logo, team or practitioner picture(s), up to 3 practice/business colors). After we receive those items, it can take up to 1 week to set up your custom opt-in page and an additional week to White-Label a Membership Site if you choose that option. We will be in close touch with you if we have any questions! Contact us at support@innovatewellness.com if you need further assistance.
The 2 weeks that it can take to process your order will be added back to the time at the end of your service when you decide to stop using the platform.
Once enrolled, your clients will have 4 months of unlimited access to the platform.
We do not directly support your clients during the program, though we deliver educational and motivational audio lectures throughout. However, you can build support into the package that you offer via health coaching or practitioner visits. You will find a suggested visit cadence and what to review in each session in our Easiest Elimination Diet: Pro Course.
The opt-in page is the website address that you give your clients. They fill out the opt-in form (full name and email address) then the program log-in details will be automatically emailed to the email address they enter (please have them check spam or junk folder too).
Depending on which platform you use (Economy or White-label), the opt-in pages will differ slightly, but you can see the template page here.
